Weather Brother is a hyper-local weather alert and forecast service exclusively for residents within a 50-mile radius of Mayfield, Kentucky.
By signing up, you confirm that your primary address falls within this service area.
Weather Brother reserves the right to verify addresses and cancel services for subscribers located outside of the designated radius.
Weather Brother provides weather forecasts, storm alerts, and general weather-related guidance via text messages and phone calls.
While we are committed to accuracy and timely updates, all forecasts and alerts are subject to the inherent unpredictability of weather systems.
Forecasts are based on available meteorological data and human interpretation. As such, Weather Brother does not guarantee 100% accuracy in all predictions.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that Weather Brother shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or inconveniences resulting from forecast inaccuracies, missed alerts, or misinterpretations.
This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, missed events, personal injuries, or other consequences resulting from weather-related decisions.
Subscribers agree not to pursue legal action against Weather Brother or its representatives for any outcome related to the use or misuse of weather information provided.
Subscription is $20 per month, billed in advance.
Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time with written notice.
Weather Brother reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with notice to active subscribers.
